Description
The Office of Insurance Commissioner (OIC) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit responses from individuals or vendors interested in participating on a project to study approaches to increase the availability of medical malpractice liability coverage or other liability protection options for community-based health care providers delivering transition of care services to incarcerated individuals.

If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP, addenda will be published in the Washington Electronic Business Solution (des.wa.gov) (WEBS) and on this webpage.

The OIC reserves the right to cancel or to reissue the RFP, in whole or in part, before execution of a contract.
